2.1. Return Eligibility: ConsultMates accepts returns for TapIt NFC-Enabled Customer Review Cards within 30 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition.

2.2. Return Process: If you wish to return Tap-It cards, please contact our customer support team at to initiate the return process. You will be provided with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the product.

2.3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on the part of ConsultMates, such as shipping the wrong product or a defective product. In such cases, ConsultMates will cover the return shipping costs.

2.4. Refunds: Refunds will be processed within a reasonable time after we receive the returned product and confirm its eligibility for a refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

2.5. Exchanges: If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact our customer support team to arrange for an exchange. We will replace the product at no additional cost and cover the shipping expenses.

3. Damaged or Lost Shipments:

3.1. Damaged Shipments: If your Tap-It NFC Enabled Customer Review Cards arrive in a damaged condition, please contact our customer support team within seven days of receiving the shipment. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

3.2. Lost Shipments: In the event of a lost shipment, ConsultMates will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. We will provide you with information on the status of the investigation and options for replacement or refund.
